Dashboards should provide efficiency and simplicity, not burn everyones eyes with charts and graphs.
Here are some low fidelity wireframes i’m working on for a current project.
CPA’s and other admin wish to get a clear picture of current progress and key information without multiple clicks.
Interactive tile layout makes navigation simple for all users.
Key information displayed as soon as company or client tile is selected. Tile becomes bar on left side of the screen to display important information.
Quick look icon in top corner for easy report access for all users.
Utility rolodex including tax calendar using AI to update important dates for each clients unique profile.
Things To Do assists with flow of completion for each client.
Suggested links are AI generated to acknowledge client profile ( client type, filing state, etc) to provide real time assistance with tax law updates and new forms.

Instagram | Direct Message Redesign
After researching some of instagrams most difficult functions, I reimagined the direct message feature.
Instagram's algorithm considers response time as a factor which can affect visibility and credibility. it's essential for businesses and influencers to respond promptly to messages to maintain a positive reputation and engagement rate.
Dropdown message window for quick look and response to direct message . Accessible without leaving current screen or task.
Improves response time for those with large followings or business accounts!
Implementing AI reply suggestions based on machine learning algorithms that analyze the context of the message. These suggestions could appear as quick reply options at the bottom of the window, making it easy for users to respond with just a tap.
This can help users respond faster, especially to frequently asked questions or simple inquiries.
Implementing these UX/UI design strategies, I can help users manage their direct messages more efficiently, ultimately improving response time and enhancing the overall user experience on the platform.
